It sounds to me here: "Eritrea is hitting us hard, we have to negotiate with Ethiopian government".

Did you consult the Ethiopian government when you were targetting sites deep inside Eritrea with the acclaimed long-range rockets, for instance at the beginning of the war before something 2 years or so?

I’m answering. Unless the two Tigrians resolve their internal issues, the Eritrean and Ethiopian people will continue to pay in body parts and lives as well as destruction of health and education.

A perfect example is the Addis - Asmara peace deal. It didn’t bring peace because it involved the wrong parties.

So I agree with you, the Tigrian rulers should talk to the Tigrian leaders but neither of them want to do that.

___Partially this true. The reason for this is division within Amhara voice is ብአደን/አዴፓ/ being used as an infiltrator , instrument to divide and conquer the Amhara community by the enemies of Amhara. Luckily, the Amhara community is now increasingly aware of it and is evolving form time to time as a strong and rational voice.

PP last year declared "Unilateral Ceasefire". TPLF seems to be doing the same thing. As to the way it implicate Eritrea, it seems TPLF wants to internationalize the conflict and get benefit out of it. It also seems to me that the PP government somehow complied with westerners and has already some leverage in the diplomatic circles especially the U.S. If TPLF doesn't envoke Eritrea, it looks like it gets a deaf ear from western governments. We shall see if TPLF can survive once more
