You can't make Ethiopia digital by purchasing commodities off-the-shelf from the market, you have to start to innovate in earnest, if you mean business.
But there is a requirement for starting to innovate, which is called gaining knowledge.
But you can get knowledge while being overrun by a mass of delusional mob of youth that is uneducated and uninformed, which boycotts its own future and refuses to sit down and take an exam that would possibly qualify it for the next level of the ladder of knowledge.
Here is a commercial video futuring the former German tennis star, Boris Becker, which showed him entering an address of a site in browser window and then showed him excited for "achieving that". That was criticized as sign of ignorance.
