We asked before if the USA has still a majority support for its political ajendas around the world, but it is becomming more than clear that this is not the case (any more).

On top of that this statement seems to me a declaration (admission) on a likelyhood of a failed mission of the special envoy's (Mr. Mike Hanna?) trip to the HoA recently, which was slated to touch on three different destinations over something like a 2 weeks' time.
