The writer simply said "Failure to reach peace agreement may finally crash", even without specifying what will going to crash. If it is the economy, then the next question is how found out that this will happen just due to failing to reach a peace agreement with an internal rebellious group? Where is that written?
Is it only Ethiopia whose economy will going to crash due to internal conflicht with a rogue elements in the society, or are there precedences in this regard?
In the absence of any precedence then could it be a further indication that the internal conflict in Ethiopia is a tool deployed by others to impose their will on the country?

IMF can cancel a meeting for many different reasons, here we are not told about the reason, except the willful wish of the twitter post.
