If this is true the African Union has not arranged the meeting in a professional manner.You can't fix a meeting agenda and a date with out consulting with each participant. The Tigray government was put into dark about the meeting even though it is one of the two key participants of the meeting. AU has been " talk no action " organization that it's officials spent thier year round time travelling and participating in conferences after conferences collecting per diem that comes from grants of the developed world.
