Low IQ coupled with Inferiority complex is a mental illness with no known cure. Perhaps that explains his nauseating puppy love for the agame who remind him of himself.

Why do you care about Uganda and Kenya? I know your problem with this General is related to his love to the Tigray people and his admiration to their bravery.
