The Latin script won’t make u colonised. It’s an universal way of writing u urself is writing now in the Latin script to make ur self understandable. That doesn’t mean Somalia is colonised. Eritrea uses its indigenous languages it doesn’t even have an official language though Tigrinya and Arabic are widely spoken but it still promotes the other 7 languages of the country. Amhara are chauvinistic and want all Ethiopians to be turned into Amhara the afars and gallas sidamo and Somalis won’t have that and to some extend the tigrayans . Just because u want to develop ur ethnic identity and language doesn’t mean ur colonised.
