ባህል ተጠንቶ ሳይንሳዊ ያልሆነዉን በመተዉ ሳይንሳዊ የሆነዉ ማደግ ይችላል። ይህ ነዉ የኣዉሮፓ ህዳሴ መሠረት የሆነዉ። ቀላል ስራ ኣልነበረም። ግን እጅግ ዉጤታማ የሆነ ነዉ። ይህ ዉጤት ነዉ ያጠኑትን ባህል መሠረት ሳይደርሱበት የባህሉን ባለሃብቶች መናቅ የጃጃቸዉ።
