- Tigray has to remain part of Ethiopia but the political and economic center of Ethiopia has to be shifted from Addis Ababa to Tigray
- Post Isaias Eritrea has to be governed by Tigray until a new Eritrean government is established. Tigray and Eritrea have to be economically and socially integrated with open border and liberalized cross border trade, commerce, movement of labour etc.
