i think the question should be - will save TPLF from its eventual death. That is the only it should worry you. when you look at The huge presence of every Ethiopian in the Army, the addition of Oromia and Afar Liyu Hail etc etc , the war will continue as planned. Not to mention Esaya's involvement in keeping his country's soverneity ( wink wwink if you know what I mean )
