This shows, The army and government did not do extensive study what could have happened in Tigray. This is why Tplf is strong because it makes itself unpredictable as it takes advices against Ethiopia from foreigners and win the war or will not die. Still, while the army was in Tigray the first time, the government and army had huge advantage that means it can mass encircle Tigray within and outside using population without affecting Tigrayans. Obviously Tigrayans seeing this mass mobilization will in fact would join. This time Eritrea was not involved which was the right thing to do! Therefore, the reason army left Tplf in Tigray for the first time is because Eritrea may have huge influence as it works against Ethiopia with foreigners (Egypt, Israel, U.S, etc) therefore, through the second war, Eritrea was in fact allowed to get in Tigray and occupy it! There are still Eritreans controlling Tigray. What does this mean? If Ethiopia is not behaving again, Eritrea will form another round of Tplf#2, fill Tigray region with Eritreans, and so on. That means Eritrea successfully changed the demography of Tigrayans and now indirectly it had expanded its land beyon Badme and controlling Ethiopia land Tigray which is reserved for foreigners/Eritreans secretly. They are preparing the take over of Tigray as the so called Saba and Solomon land. This would allow foreigners to take over land as well as be able to control Nile. In the mean time, the new government is duping other Ethiopoians and Amara for its own decimation.

What will soon determine is that perhaps what happens after Tplf. That is why Shabya is desperately destroy Tplf, in order to set up its own infulence in Ethiopia and the possiblity of taking Tigray or prepare the land for foreigners. This is just a continuous of carving out Ethiopia just like what happened Ethiopians lands being carved out in the West South of Sudan, East giving it to Somalia, North and East caring out Djibouti and Eritrea, in North West carving out Gonder and Benshangul to Sudan. Nile is already gone, owning it does not mean you utilize it, it is already servicing other countreis and not Ethiopians. There should have been massive development and agricultural developmen in the North from now on if we were to utilize Nile. Tigrayans should go to work to agriculturally develop the land with Nile, so is Amara and Afar.
