እነዚህን ምርኮኞች በደንብ መጠቀም አለብን :: በእኔ አመለካከት ለእያንዳንዱ የትግራይ ገበሬ 2 ምርኮኛ ይሰጥ:: ገበሬውም የባለቤትነት ደብተር ተሰጥቶት ምርኮኞቹን የመሸጥ የመለወጥ መብት ይሰጠው:: ይህ ካልሆነ ደግሞ ኩላሊታቸው፣ ጉበታቸው እና ሌሎች የሰውነት ክፍሎቻቸው ተሽጠው ገቢው በጦርነቱ ጉዳት ለደረሰባቸው ተጋሩ ይሁን:: የተከበራችሁ የዚህ ፎረም አባሎች ምን ትላላችሁ ?

1. Hague Regulations (1907, [Article 6]): the State [captor] may utilize the labor of prisoners of war.
2. III Geneva Convention:
"...' the Detaining Power may utilize the labor of prisoners of war who are physically fit, taking into account their age, sex, rank, and physical aptitude, and with a view particularly to maintaining them in a good state of physical and mental health.' "
