This is in contravention of the rules of war. These people are fighting dressed as civilians. This is done on purpose by Terrorist TPLF so they can then use their dead bodies and claim civilians were killed.

The Terrorist TPLF leaderships do not care about any kind of rules as long as they are supported and emboldened by the US and the West to commit any kind of Crimes and get away with it.
