A capitulation letter sent out in the form of declaration of readiness for peace.

A lasting peace can only be guaranteed when those responsable for the destruction of countless human lives and material resources, which were incurred by the current and preceeding conflicts over the last two years, are held duly accountable.

The two named individuals are people with the blood of too many innocent lives on their hands, i. e., wanted criminals.

They belong to behind the bars of legal system of the country, no imposition from outside on the sovereign issues of independent nations of this world, another precondition for a lasting peace.

Tigray is almost acting as a separate country with the help of the west and the undecided stand of the ethnocentric dominated government of Abiy Ahmed.

Why is the white man allowed to decide for Ethiopia??
The west was told by the military administration to stop interfering in internal affairs of Mayanmar (Burma) , and it stopped.

Hello Sarcasm; sorry to chime in, but I think you are about to be derailed because of one mutant here. I didn’t argue on what TPLF call itself or spelled out by others (AU or European Union.) Reserving TPLF’s right to have a head letter with whatever title (even as ETHIOPIAN government if that satisfied their wish), all what I argue about is on its legality / acceptance as it dispatched. The Ethiopian gov’t shouldn’t accept and filed that letter unless it is a meathead like its cadre here. Let alone wanted criminals, even winged angels’ designation under the head letter of “Tigray Government” must be declared null and void automatically. That is my argument! WHAT TPLF called / named itself … as the meathead trying to present it here … is not my point.

Having said this, Brother Sarcasm, with all due respect, please allow me to add a thought as a footnote here.

Don’t cross swords with a mutant whose sense organs are not on his head but on his abdomen. You will never be successful to win over his weakness or wickedness. Hi Brother Assegid,

I understand your point. If you can see the stamp on the letter it say Tigray regional government (see below). With the letter head, Tigray is not trying to argue that it is a sovereign country. Rather, it is trying to highlight that the war is not between Ethiopia and TPLF or Ethiopia and Tigray. It is war with PM Abiy's government. Tigray did not accept Abiy's government's authority after the expiry of it's 5 year term. Tigray's government gained legitimacy by conducting mandatory election at the right time while Abiy failed to gain legitmacy by conducting timely mandatory election. I am not going to bore you with the details of the argument. I agree with you the letter head should have something which shows it is a regional government to avoid confusion.
