Both Abiy and Isaias armies have been already defeated but TDF should march to Adi Halo for the finishing battle!

The center of gravity of the TPLF versus Abiy/ Isaias conflict is Adi Halo. Hence TDF has to visit Adi Halo with out visa to bring Isaias to justice.
