The letter is a clear indication that TPLF is defeated.
Debretsion is begging the UN to save TPLF from a final blow from Federal and Demhit. Debrich doesn't want to admit his rag tag army is being destroyed by Demhit, Fano and Federal armies. Time is up Debretsion.

The irony is that he also puts preconditions for peace negotiation to start and at least two of the preconditions are almost impossible especially the returning of Amhara Ancesteral fertile lands such as Welqait Tsegede, Humera Setit and other Amhara territories to agames... We know the preconditions are solely to satisfy the empty pride of the diaspora agames who are possessed with ego which is as high as Mount Everest....

In my opinion, the letter is useless and a non-starter for a peace to have any chance. It will just prolong the misery of agames as usual. I just hope that the coward TPLF gangs are eradicated from our region soon so that the poor people of Tigray ( back in Tigray) will get a relief from misery after misery created by TPLF terrorist group...
