Someone on Quora has got harsh words for Germany, is it much different for other Europeans?

Is it not the same somewhere else, in Europe and elsewhere?n short:
You, whoever you are, only have a job in Germany because you can be abused, discriminated and underpaid.
That is your competitive advantage against the German workers you are in competition with.
If you had to be paid the same, given the same rights, etc. 9 times out of ten a German would get the job.
This is in comparison to East Europeans, but the case would be even worse in comparison to people from Africa and Asia, I am afraid.
East Europeans consider themselves the legitimate hire to the throne of German Jobs, you can simply think about how they fiercly fought against migrants coming to Germany around the years of 2015 and 16, at the time of refugee influx to Europe from war torn countries in the middle east and elsewhere.
During those days Germany opened its door to the migrants, while others slam closed it against the same. They knew what they were behind, it seems.
Why is Germany still grossly underpaying the foreign workers and stealing from them? Why is the EU not reacting to that? Why are workers rights so poor in Germany and why is Germany always discriminating people?
