I just hope that the Ethiopian government learns from its mistakes...Why did the Ethiopian government allow fuel into Tigray knowing that TPLF terrorist group is obviously going to use it???? This is not the first time TPLF had looted aid which was supposed to be for agame civilians...

Still tody, It is not too late for the Ethiopian government to completely stop any aid that goes to the TPLF controlled little Tigray.... Just block it completely!!!

Most of all, the way the statement was made is to exonerate the perpetrator of the crime and blame the war for the cause of the looting. It is a planned delivery by the U.N like they allowed all the thousands of their trucks be used by the same criminals. UN and the West will turn around and accuse Jal Abiy for failing to deliver more fuel for Humanitarian efforts in that Region.

Even if they are supplied with a pipeline from Saudi, TPLF won't be able to come back to power ever again. One only need to remember how they had everything at the outset of the war and lost it all within a time period of two weeks.

It’s difficult to disagree with Hawzen’s point that this is planned. I think the higher ups have understanding with the authorities.

I also agree with Axumzena that we have to look at underlying issues for the crisis.

Regardless, this’ll be damaging to authorities no question no matter how it’s spinned.
