what do u think if Ethiopia start second round war would make us bankrupt

Think about if Ethiopia government called 1 billion birr in tax and get 3 billion on export coffee and other commodity and they get other income form remittance 4 billion dollar so all in all 7 billion dollar income and import 17 billion dollars cost us so if we start war our import would be 25 billion dollar while we make only 7 billion dollars

the question is can we afford another war?
