That is correct.
The guy has never worked a real job in his life.
This is a guy who should be shot for the crime he committed against Ethiopia.
Now he is enjoying tax payers money by working against interest. Last May he was tweeting celebrating Eritreans independent day. Chances are he was paid by Issias as well.
