I just came across this video and it inquires about the country the subject may not like

Before that I also saw the news by AP "of hungry Ethiopia" and asked myself about why they hate Ethiopia so much?
If there is no hate reflected in it, then why there was no such a reference to the other countries importing the same grain for their needs and the same ship left Ukraine to bring grains to them but none of them were referred to as "hungry country"?

And those who have no issue with something Ethiopia would attest to the hospitability of the country as in the following.
