Eritrean taxis colors should've been blue because of seas, instead ethiopia with no sea got taxi color blue. Why?

. Eritrean taxi supposed to be colored blue because of red sea, but they color it yellow , why?
. ethiopia don't have seas but yet it is taxis are colored blue, Why?
