የጉራጌ የጎሳ ልብስ ከአረንጓዴ ቢጫና ቀይ ቀለሞች የተጠለፈ ነው ። ባንዲራውም እንዲሁ ከአረንጓዴ ቢጫ ቀይ ቀለሞች የተቀመረ መሆን አለበት ! ይህ ለጉራጌ አባቶች ሸንጎ ቀርቦ ወደ ክልል ፓርላማ መሄድ አለበት ።

Colors and symbols for Gurage flag should be those that represent the Gurage culture.
1. Gurage house
color: brown
2. Enset
color: green
Kstane is Kistane only, not Gurage. It claims origin from Shewa nobility. If you ask an ordinary Kistane, what his identity is he would say Kistane, not Gurage.
Gurage is 7bet. Welene is Gurage. If you ask them who they are, both will sat "I am Gurage". Such Gurage identity is absent in the popular culture of Kistane.
So, get out of our business.

True again.
It was Armadillo q*mata Amaras who vehemently opposed Gurage having its own region, including Prof.Almariam, now advisor to Abiy Ahmed.
On the other hand almost all Q*mata speakees and writers supported the Sidama Kilil demand.
All Gurages take note: Amara is your enemy, not your friend.

Knowing limits and status in society is wisdom. As the smallest minority group there will be more harm than gain by trying to be who you are not. Do not invite trouble just for the sake of competing with the giants. Just saying.

It could be name by unanimous vote of the people of the region

Unless you want the regions to create statues of those objects and hang them on walls or carry them during parades, once you depict them on a white or colored fabric or paper, they become a flag.
Oromos use Oda as their symbol with various color stripes as a background, which some appear to have been borrowed from Egypt, Yemen or Sudan. Woyane adopted an ugly communist red-yellow flag with a pointy pentagram in the middle. Only Amharas have abolished the satanic symbols & reinstated the Ethiopian flag. But why does it matter what flag each region chooses to adopt? It’s none of my business as far as I am concerned. And who are you to dictate them to use otherwise? What we should rather be abolishing is the so-called KILIL!
