I doubt it he has any knowledge of the history of Guraghies.
In Ethiopia we have a community called “Ye Guraghie Gala”. This community have gone a lot of transformation.
So, there you go- we have a precedent.
The Guraghies and Aderres have first to learn how to pay taxes and fight a war. The Welayetas have a strong instincts to fight and survive than the Guraghies.
They are using Ethiopia as a smoke screen to do the dirty work they are accustomed to do.
For small minorities like the Guraghies, I would work very hard to strengthen the union than blabbering about narrow interest.

Several multimillionaire Gurages will engage in Somaliland's foreign direct investment - when invited. Somaliland needs investors and in HoA where inhabitants are largest nomadic pastoralist, entrepreneurs with business experience such as Gurages are assets to modernize the economy of the region. As they are now the drivers of the economy in Addis Ababa they too will be in Somaliland and elsewhere. Cultural revolution regarding the culture of work needs vanguard figure - Gurage will do that.
