Template on how to save Ethiopia from disintegration !

Establishment of Hybrid Confederated/Federated Ethiopia within three to five years as follows is expected to save Ethiopia from disintegration.
- Unilateral unconditional truce by the government with all fighting forces
- Eritrea out of Ethiopia
- Takeover Assab to access the Red Sea ( which is Ethiopia's right as per UN resolution)
- Status quo ante ( Tigray sovereign borders to be reinstated).
- Peace deal with TPLF, OLA , FANO & other armed groups
- Establish, a three year life span , transition government that develops constitutional revision, revises the existing administrative structure and conduct one- time referendum for all federal states either to stay part of the federation or to be an independent state
- Conduct a democratic election on the new Federal Ethiopia
- Reach a commercial & investment agreement with Egypt and Sudan on the Abay river water share agreement, management of GERD and dams to be built in the future.
- Federal states opted for independence to be integrated under Confederation with Ethiopia or to be an independent country.
- Article 39 to be deleted from the revised constitution
