Come on now, don’t hate me for telling the truth. Ok May be I should have said majority of the Africans except the northern African countries and Eritrea.
I am saying this not to degrade any country.
But the fact is it is governmental human abuse. This is lack of providing the necessities of life to the majority of the citizens. It is not culture.
I am saying this because we want our friend ethiopia to learn how to work it from the rural to the urban.
The agames of this form always post dilapidated Asmara buildings (which are many all over the world cities) and they are happy neglecting their citizens.
People come before buildings.
