Almaze all modern nation also collect tax from their citizen wherever they earn money even Ethiopia try to collect the same ...2% is the lowest tax rate if u ask me... but for this two% the Eritrean must get service for example the American embassy will airlift you where ever you r if you r in trouble can the Eritrean government do that when their people suffer in Arab countries and lose their kidney... and die in Red Sea and out of 1000 if i become the only survival and i make it alive 2% tax is waiting for me .. u must be joking
in fact the only one who deserved 2% would have been Meles and his party because they transformed Ethiopian economy beyond any one expectation
