Abiy has to give priority to bring reconcilation and the rest could be done once stability & peace is secured.The whole Ethiopia is currently unstable but the Ethiopian government is running left and right on fire fighting mode instead of addressing the root cause of the fire.Applying the pareto 20% to 80% rule may help.

As a priority !

- Freeze requests of becoming state and border related issues. Nigeria has 36 states, USA 50 states and India has 28 states and 8 union territories( administered by the president). Instead of handling requests on a picemeal basis, it is better to come up with a new administrative structure for the whole country, after a detailed and participative study by involving all stakeholders.
- Reinstate all suspended services to Tigray.
- Negotiate with TPLF and OLA for peaceful political solution
- Officially request Eritrea to vacate it's soldiers and security personnel
- Officially request Amhara forces to vacate West Tigray
- Finalize negotiation with Egypt and Sudan on the dam issue

- Empower the Amhara state to resolve the problem with Fano

- Work on urgent economic issues( arresting inflation & depreciation of birr, be reinstated in AGOA, wheat and other agricultural production, enabling existing factories which are closed or operating under capacity to full production etc)

- Deal with security threats and challenges both external and internal.
