I am not sure if you remember. But in another thread, a while back, I mentioned the need to combine the now proposed zones to create a common administration. If you see it as an Ethiopia, who can see it objectively, you can see it clear. There is a clear cultural and linguistic resemblance. And also the zones share geographic border. I believe the only problem you have is the location of the proposed administrative capital. I believe Hosan'a is the better choice because its more diverse than Wolkite. Diversity wise, I see Butajira diverse that Wolkite. Don't forget though, Wolkite is claimed by the Kebenas who are claiming they are not Guraghe either.

ሲምቤ ሁለት ነገሮች ነው የምታደባልቀው፤ አንዱ ሸዋ ስለተባለው ክለስተር ነው። ሁለተኛው ጉራጌና ቀቤናን ለማዋጋት የሚሸረበው ሴራ ነው። መጀመሪያ ሸዋ የሚባል ከለስተር ፌክ ዉሸት ነው ። ኦሮሞ ም ዕራብ እና ምስራቅ ሸዋን ቆርቶ ወስዶ ኦሮሞ ተብሏል። ሰሜን ሸዋ አማራ ነው ። ሸዋ የለም። አሁን የዉሸት ሸዋን እንደ ምክን ያት ተወስዶ የጉራጌ ዘር ማጥፋት አይቻልም። ክልሎች በሙሉ ፈርሰው ኢትዮጵያ በክፍለ ሃገር ተከፋፈል ያ ማለት ደሞ አማራም ትግሬም ኦሮሞም ሌላው ክልሉን ያፍርስና አንድ አንሁን በቃ!

ሌላው ወልቂጤ ቅብጥር የሚባለው ሴራ ነው ። ጉራጌ ክልል ነው። ዋና ከተማውን ምን መሆን እንዳለበት ራሱ ይወስናል ። ጉራጌና ቀቤና ሁለቱ ህዝቦች በራሳቸው ሴራ ፣ ጉራጌ የጆካ አለው፣ ቀቤና ዎገት አለው እነሱ እይፈቱታል ። FYI ዎገት ማለት የጉራጌ ቃል ብቻ ሳይሆን ክስታኔኛ ቃል ነው ። ምክር፣ ምክክር ማለት ነው ። በአማርኛ ሙግት የሚለው ቃል ነው። ለቀቤና ከጉራጌ የበለጠ የሚቀርበው የለም። ዞሮ ዞሮ ጉራጌ ቀቤናን ለማዋጋት የሚሸረበው ሴራ ፈርሷል አናፈርሰዋልን ።
