The new Ethiopia and the future Horn of Africa !

Further decentralization of Ethiopia to create highly autonomous federal states in short term , sovereign states in long term and integrating( federating) them under United Federation ( similar to USA) , the United Federation could be further changed in a long term to a union of sovereign states ( similar to European Union). Champion states are required for this to happen( Oromia, Amhara, Tigray , Somalia etc could be the champion states), should be done based on consensus & economic incentive not through force, it should not be a prison ( flexibility to join, separate and rejoin but costs of exit & reentry have to be prohibitive so that states shall prefer to stay in the federation or union), not dominated by one state, seamless economic & infrastructural integration, all states to follow same or similar political and economic ideology , rotating leadership, English as a working language but all languages as official languages, etc. The template of the the USA & European Union could be adapted.
As a summary the following two political & economic structures could be further studied for adoption by the member states:
Option 1 :
Creation of Federated states of Ethiopia, similar to USA ( with the next 5 years), which could grow to Horn of Africa Federation ( including Sudan, Eritrea, Somalia, Djibouti etc ) in the long term.
Option 2 :
Phase 1: Creation of Federated States of Ethiopia, similar to USA ( with the next 5 years)
Phase 2: Changing Federal States to sovereign states and creation of Ethiopian Union similar to European Union ( 10 years after phase one ) , which could grow to Horn Africa Union( including Sudan, Eritrea, Somalia, Djibouti etc ) in the long term.
Option 1 is a prerequisite for option 2 , where option two could happen only after option 1 is properly implemented.

It looks you did not read prior to writing your irrelevant comment.
It says "should be done based on consensus & economic incentive not through force," it should not be a prison ( flexibility to join, exit and rejoin but costs of exit & reentry have to be prohibitive so that states shall prefer to stay in the federation or union), not dominated by one state,"

Since the beginning of written history and government system only two names in Africa are known to the rest of the world and humanity. These names are Ethiopia and Egypt. At times, it was only Ethiopia. The ኅዳጣን TPLF daydream of destroying the indestructible Ethiopia does not mean anything other than wishful thinking. The ኅዳጣን ትግሬ-ወያኔ spent 50 years in vain and lost 1 million poor souls, now they are sitting as lame duck in tipple landlocked Tigray empty hand. Is this not a punishment for pure curse from Ethiopia. The curse from Ethiopia sent many formerly spoiled Tigre-diaspora kids naked in the streets of the cities of the Western world. It is natural for ኅዳጣን are always know for being conspirator. It is impossible to fully please ኅዳጣን people and it is natural they will remain so. The will of 4% can not change the will of 96%. A spoon of salt can not change the taste of the pool other than the salt lost for nothing just like the 1 million Tigre vanished doing nothing on their single trip ticket all the way from Mekelle - Debresina to Hell.

Abere bad news for you the Ethiopia you dream will never come back ! Unless you are flexible enough to adapt to reality, it is not Ethiopia that is going to extinct but the Amhara identity ( Actually ellities like Professor Mesfin never accepted the existence of the Amhara identity)

This twisted logic and bitter inferiority complex is the reason that put in hell where they are at now. The fate of Ethiopia is much in the hands of Amhara than anyone would assume. There will not be anymore blank check that TPLF-Tigre thugs and OLF will freely write their wish list; and neither OLF nor TPLF will be allowed to make the sauce for Ethiopia. The Tigre-TPLF and OLF sauce so far has been awful and poisonous.
