PP law in Oromia (signed by Shimelis into law). It establishes and authorizes a new form of militia- “Milishaa Gaachana Sirnaa” - translated as “regime’s squad/militia”
Among the powers given to this entity under section 9(
is “to prevent and report illegal settlement”You wonder why there is a continuous massacre of civilians in most part of the region?
Such law is a clear manifestation of PP regime’s intent or motive to incite natives against anyone who doesn’t look or sound like locals in the name of “preventing illegal settlement.”
How are these militias trained and on what basis of indoctrination is something worth investigating.
And then they blame it on OLA after the fact!
