በአፃው ግዜ ግዞት ይታወቃል አንድን ያጠፋ ስወ በግዞት ይቀጣል። ጃማ ዋናው የግዞት መስደጃ ነበረች፣
ሐይሌ ግዜ ስሙ ጠፋኝ የትግሬዎን ልዑል ከጣሊያን ግዜ ወገንክ ብሎ ግዞት ወድ ኦሮሞ ሐገር ልኮት ነበር ፣ ደርግ ሲመጣም ምህረት አላረገለትም ግዞቱን በሀይወቱ እስከሚያልፍ ቆይቶዋል ማለት ነው።
በደርግ ግዜ ደግሞ መሄጃ ምንም ስላልነበረ ግዞት ወድ ሱዳን፣ ጅቡቲ፣ ኬን ያ ፣ ሱማሌ ነበር ስለዚህ የስደት ሀገር ምን እንደሆነ ካወቃቹ ወድ ትግሬው ዘመን ልለፍ
በትግሬዎች ዘመን ደግሞ ስደተኛ እንቀበላለን እንጂ ስደተና አነበረም የሚመጡት ስደተኞች ውስጥ ኤርትራኖች ነበሩ
አሁን ደግሞ በአብይ ግዜ ግዞት መሄጃ የትም የለም
አሁን ደግሞ ወድ አሜሪካኖቹ ደግሞ እንመለስ
በባርነት ዘመን ስሜኖቹ ባርነትን አስወግደው ነበር ስለዚህ ከደቡብ ባሪያዎች አምልጠው ወድ ስሜን ይሄዳሉ፣ ከዚያ ግዜ ጀመሮ አሜሪካኖች የስደተኞች ተስፋ አገር ናት ግን አሁን ለማወራት የፈለጉት Safe-haven
there are many reason why one state become Safe-haven state .
1, Safe-haven laws (also known in some states as "Baby Moses laws", in reference to the religious scripture) are statutes in the United States that decriminalize the leaving of unharmed infants with statutorily designated private persons so that the child becomes a ward of the state. All fifty states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico have enacted such statutes
2.There are currently 11 states in the United States of America who are classified as “Sanctuary States” for illegal immigrants. Within these states, are cities who have adopted policies to protect illegal immigrants from having their immigration status investigated by federal authorities. These cities are known as “Sanctuary Cities,” which can be defined as the following:
“a city in which the local government and police protect undocumented immigrants and refugees from deportation by federal authorities:sanctuary cities where law enforcement cannot question crime suspects about their immigration status.”
3. Safe-haven abortion
New Mexico, Vermont and New Jersey also do not restrict abortion based on gestational age. Minnesota and North Carolina are also expected to keep abortion legal.
Other states like Illinois, New York and Maine have protective policies but abortion is banned at fetal viability, which is generally between 24 and 26 weeks of pregnancy.
