Leader means taking responsibility for a nation, organization, etc. Any flaws in the country or organization, the leader/ CEO is responsible. Leader can't say it is the people at lower level/ at kebele level therefore not my responsible. I remember, a year after Aby took over, Jawar group killed many Ethiopians, burned their house in Shashemene. Dr Aby said, l can't go down and keep your villages. I thought l should give him the benefit of the doubt and said, yes, Aby can't be everywhere and the Wereda people must bring peace and stop killing. I am now beginning to believe, not Wereda even the leadership seemed not to have empathy let alone prevent the killing. Everyone boasted about Mekelakeya, and yet, while on their watch, Tplf walked in Wello and Afar thousands of Ethiopians they killed. It is now evident, what the agenda is, it is the continuation of Liberation Fronts, including Shabia in Ethiopia as leader of Liberation Fronts.
