ሃድያ፣ ስልጤ፣ ጉራጌ፣ አላባ፣ ከንባታ እና የም የተሰኙ አምስት ዞኖችንና አንድ ልዩ ወረዳን የያዘ ክልል እንዲመሠረትና ዋና ከተማውም ሆሳዕና እንዲሆን መንግሥት አቅጣጫ ማስቀመጡን አዲስ ማለዳ ከምንጮቿ አረጋግጣለች።

እንደ ባለሙያ ጉዳዩን በቅርበት እከታተለዋለሁ ያሉና በፌዴራል ማንኛውም ፍርድ ቤት ጠበቃና የሕግ አማካሪ ጀምበር አብዶ፣ ከላይ ከተጠቀሱት መካከል ሃድያ፣ ስልጤና ጉራጌ በተለይ ቀደም ብለው ክልል ለመሆን በዞናቸው ምክር ቤት አስወስነው እንደነበር አንስተው፣ የፌዴራል መንግሥቱ ግን ይህ እንዳይፈጸም የፖለቲካ ውሳኔ እየወሰነ ነው ሲሉ ለአዲስ ማለዳ ገልጸዋል።

መንግሥት በክላስተር አንድ ላይ ሁኑ እንጂ ክልል መሆን አልፈቅድም ብሏል ካሉ በኋላ፣ ሕገ መንግሥቱ ግን አንቀጽ 46 እና 47 ላይ ያሉ መስፈርቶች ከተሟሉ ክልል መሆን እንደሚቻል ያስቀምጣል ነው ያሉት።

ይህን ተከትሎም መንግሥት በተለያዩ የኃላፊነት ቦታዎች የሚገኙ የጉራጌ ሕዝብ አመራሮችን የማግባባት ሥራ እየሠራ እንደሆነና፣ የሃድያ ዞን ምክር ቤትም አስቀድሞ ያፀደቀውን የክልል እንሁን ውሳኔ እንዲሽር ብሎም የመንግሥትን ውሳኔ እንዲያጸድቅ ረቡዕ ሰኔ 29/2014 አስቸኳይ ስብሰባ መቀመጡን ጠቁመዋል።

ሆኖም የሃድያ ሕዝብ በበኩሉ በክላስተሪንግ የሚመሠረተው ክልል ዋና መቀመጫ ሃድያ ዞን ውስጥ ሊሆን ከቻለ ነው የምንስማማው የሚል አቋም እንዳለው ነው ጀምበር የጠቀሱት። የስልጤ ዞንም ለጉራጌ ዞን ከተፈቀደ ለእኛም ይፈቀድልን የሚል አቋም እንዷለም ሳይናገሩ አላለፉም።

አክለውም፣ የጉራጌ ዞን ምክር ቤትም በ2011 ኅዳር ወር ውስጥ በኹለት ሦስተኛ ድምጽ አጽድቆ ለክልል ምክር ቤት የላከ ቢሆንም፣ እስከ አሁን መልስ ሳያገኝ ቆይቶ አሁን ላይ መንግሥት በክላስተር የጋራ ክልል መስርቱ ማለቱን ሕዝቡ እንዳልተቀበለው ተናግረዋል።

በዚህ ወቅት የደቡብ ብሔር ብሔረሰቦችና ሕዝቦች ክልል ዋና ከተማ ሐዋሳ መሆኗን አውስተውም፣ ይሁን እንጂ የሲዳማ ክልል ልቀቁልኝ በማለቱ ሰኔ 3/2014 ይለቀቃል ተብሎ ነበር። ይሁንና ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ ሄደው የሚመለከታቸውን አካላት በማናገር፣ መፍትሄ ሳንሰጥ፣ የቀሪ ክልል ዋና ከተማ የት እንደሆነ ሳንወስን፣ ማኅበረሰቡንም በክላስተሪንግ እንዲደራጅ ሳናስፈቅድና ሳናጸድቅ አሁን መልቀቅ አንችልም፣ ታገሱን እንዳሏቸው አብራርተዋል።

Not good to insult the entire gurage for the misguided thoughts of few individuals like Horus and Birhanu Nega who are cheer leaders of the OLF administration.

The situation in the South is one example where Agames and Gallas ideology of Ethnic federalism is a child play. If you really ask, who are they to force 4-5 ethnic group in a basket and create a killil that only benefits one that holds Hossaina. ?

Gallas calculated this to benefit Hadiyas because it will be an economic center for this new killil and the Hadiyas own Hossaina and can use the same tactic the Gallas use on Dire Dawa, Addis Ababa ...etc

So Horus is right on opposing this and my only issue with him is that he thought he was loyal to Oromuma and as such he expected to be rewarded. He did not get rewarded and the reward goes to Hadiyas and that is why he is pissed
