I was wondering which Eritrean Getachew Reda was quoting in his tigrigna interview. Knowing Yosef, amlak tegaru refers to both tegaru on either side of the mereb. I was not able to tell from Getachew’s interview though.

The tegaru working together enhances peace in the immediate area and wider Eritrea/ Ethiopia.
