Neither he nor the Biden administration that he serves did anything to bring about that peace...instead, to the contrary they have propped up & gave life lines to terrorist TPLF/Tigray to be an obstacle to the peace of Ethiopians/Eritreans and the Horn of Africa.
They have done nothing overwhelmingly great & selfless for Africa(ns) but yet want to be the center of attention in delegating/deciding the fate of internal affairs/policies/resources of Africa(ns)...the continent/people/resources they have been raping & leaching off of for past few hundred years.
Spoiled american politicians (bullies) always seek attention...
