Anyone who calls all Amharas "Neftegna" are to be blamed for the Massacres in Welega. Those including Jawar have been calling Amharas Neftegnas since 2018 in order to Dehumanize, Demonize Amharas so that Oromos will become savage godless animals against Amara Innocents. These people who hate Amaras call all Amaras "Neftegnas" these are Oromos in Welega. Even Government Soldiers of Oromia Police are ideologically no different to Shane if they both call all Amaras Neftegnas they will both do the same crimes against all amaras including Children Elders, Mothers etc
Look at the reporter she is reading a script directly from Arat Kilo that only demonize Shane, but any Oromo who calls All Amharas "Neftegna" including oromos liyus will do the same crime as shane so hangasa is partially right but he forgot to say that
