Hmm... the image they shared is supposedly from flightradar24.com so I looked at all flights from Djibouti at flightradar24.com for the same date but could not find any flight to Mekele, not even a flight to anywhere on the stated date and at the stated time.

This whole thing may be another photo-shopped fake news but I may also be wrong.

Hmm... the image they shared is supposedly from flightradar24.com so I looked at all flights from Djibouti at flightradar24.com for the same date but could not find any flight to Mekele, not even a flight to anywhere on the stated date and at the stated time.

Also, the Djibouti airport is named "JIB" on the image but there is no airport named "JIB" at flightrader24.com. The Djibouti Airport is called "JIB/HDAM" and not just "JIB". There is no Airport named "JIB".

This whole thing may be another photo-shopped fake news.

I'm not saying the US is not or will not support TPLF. We have all seen that. I am just saying where do you get the information about the flight. I just want to see the sources. And from the image posted, it says the source is flightradar24.com. So I am just asking why I am not seeing the flight on flightradar24.com.

Btw, the plane is too small to carry heavy weapons. If the news is true then the flight was agreed by Ethiopian government (PM Abiy was in Djibouti 2 days ago after his trip to Somalia). As the plane is very small it may be that some TPLF leaders are so sick that they may need medical attention abroad. I'm just speculating. But one thing is for sure, if the news is true the flight must have got the green light from Abiy. That I am very sure.
