የፌደራል መንግስት 786 ቢልዮን ብር ባጀት የተመሰረተበት ዋናው ታሳቢ (major assumption) ፡ "ባገራችን ጦርነቱ ቆሞ ሰላም እንደሚሰፍና. . . . . " IMPOSSIBLE if Amhara Region authorities haven't left Western Tigray!!!
PM Abiy has to assure Tigray tomorrow that he is getting the invading forces immediately vacate Tigray. Otherwise Tigray has to make sure the 786 Birr is going down the drain!!! If everyone's territorial integrity is not respected, nobody's territorial integrity will be respected!! You can never get fairer than this!!

What do the rest of Ethiopia's 9 non-Amhara Regions gain by paying heavy economic and human costs indefinitely for Amhara region to annex Western Tigray? That is the question.

That he cannot do. Let me tell you one fact you deliberately overlooked : when it comes to “ western Tigray” the Amharas will have more say than Abiy does.

“Annex” is the wrong word. “Returned” to its rightful owner is the right one.

Wait, what? What does the budget have to do with the war in what some call western tigray?
Also, as an Oromo, I'd prefer my people and state have nothing to do with that war, and let the two neighbors fight it out, or negotiate it. I can agree that it doesn't' concern the Oromo, just like Oromo land disputes with Somali's for example, never involved or concerned Amhara's or Tigrayans.
I can agree partially on that. But at the same time, do you think your neighbor shabia wouldn't get involved either? Then what?

Checkout the effect of the war on the 2014 economy on the below clip. The country had a huge deficit budget. The 2015 budget and subsequent years budgets will be deficit budgets because of the war. You will hopefully appreciate the relationship between the war and country's budget. Now the Finance Minister is saying when he was drawing the budget he is assuming there won't be any war when the war has not ended yet!! Nobody
in their right mind would expect Tigray will accept below the very minimum - return to status quo ante bellum.

Afar Region? Benishangul Region?
The Afar support Amhara because your TPLF occupied their region since August!
Benishangul is occupying many ethnic lands itself such as Kamashi Berta Shinasha, Awi, Amara. Benishangul is an Occupational state, a state with over 20 years of ethnic cleansing Minorities of Metekel (West Gojam) as well in 2021 We saw Benisahngul attacking Assosa Berta Biher. Revealing a Gumuz dominated Savagery against other Ethnics.
The Brutality of Genocidal War was occuring in Benishangul during the 2010s way before Tigrays "Genocide" which was really self-inflicted self-caused. Who asked for war in Benisahngul other then your TPLF ? who brought ethnic displacement? it was all your TPLF that caused the early miseries which manifested back into Tigray

The question is how much does Tigray region contribute to the Federal Revenue of the country? Has Tigray taken more than it contributed? Which one hurts the volume of revenue and subsequent allocations, to baby sit Tigray region or exclude Amhara? When it comes money, the bottom-line is who contributes much. Besides, there is no such thing called Western Tigray - this name only exists in the mind of TPLF. Why are you guys become takers, but not use the rainy season to produce your own food to feed yourselves instead of keeping your red-hot evil eyes on Amhara framers የሊጥ ዕቃ። Try to set your feet to Amhara lands, you will not only lose them but you will be turned into fertilizer. Amhara does not give a damn to any one noisy of its own ancestral land people. Try to invade on your own risk, we are in a different time it is no more the 1990s Ember-Tegedalay where you wre carried on Shabias back and innocent Amharas who were against Mengistu Hailemraim.
