Is it fair to say Ethiopia has failed? I don’t know what the definition of failed state is but if you ask me, any government of a country fails to up hold the rule of the law, the wellbeing of the citizens and controls the integrity of sovereignty.
If not the whole but half of Wellega is ungovernable.
The whole of Tigray, the parasite kilil is completely ungovernable.
Half of Wollo is ungovernable.
Some area of Gonder is ungovernable.
Now I hear some of Gojjam the same, ungovernable.
And to make things worse, the so-called government have no clue, let alone how to solve but has no idea how to deal with it.
So, it will be obvious that Ethiopia under Abiy either failed state or Disbanded of the union as we know what was called Ethiopia.

this is the high level of how federation formed and the out come could be separation or union but if it is unity then the federation will be matured and almost prefect..
1. think about pregnancy, their is 9 month of pregnancy then there is period of child birth labour and birth of the new baby...
as u can see if u stop the process at any stage u will not get a new baby the same with formation of almost prefect federation it is not plug and play it is hard job it have a lot of zigzag road once u out last and over come all the zigzag road we become full fledged democracy and federal state.
look USA it take them over 160 years to become democracy.. yes they might wrote the constitution but to apply the constitution all men created equal it took them over 160 years.. the black voting right respected only 60 years ago . u get my point just because u wrote the constitution u dont get full democracy the next day.. u have to work very hard.
now for Ethiopia to come out of this dark day just like America to come out of dark day of civil right movement you have to take the right decision
doctor Abiy have cut his job for him if Abiy took the right decision Ethiopia will full flower and move on with unity but if he make wrong decision then Ethiopia will be failed state.

i think we have 3 or 4 ethnic group or major groups golden, Amhara , oromo and Somalia those 4 groups want their own military fano, golden army and ቄሮ................. i think having regional force is the best for Ethiopia as moment why because the fed government can't dictate them they will defend themselves hence once the fed. government know this they will behave
i give u example let say GOLDEN have no army.. and Fed government or Abiy told them give your hand they have to give their hand and go to jail.. this happened in Somalia Dr. Abiy go and arrested the Somalian president so Dr. abiy would be easy for him to be dictator but if he face resistance he will think twice..
the same with oromo he will not take risk with oromo the same work if fano coup d'état they will be limited in Addis Ababa because oromo and Golden will not accept the fano coup d'état hence there will be no coup d'état
now the negation will be fano must restricted with in their region so to golden army and oromo and allowed everyone to govern their own state as they see fit.. this will be solution for Dr.Aiby to govern fed peacefully and our fed. system will be fully matured if this happened if not say good bye to mama Ethiopia
