Why did you leave out the Tigray Liyu Hayl? Is this intentional?

Current commanders must be trained up to ENDF standards and them officially inducted to ENDF also. These forces have to be loyal to the federal government and Ethiopia not their ethnicity or regional state. Ethnic regional forces should never be allowed after what happened in Tigray where ethnic extremists attacked ENDF.
