they pulled it very well.
Congratulations to Biniam Girmay, a new symbol of African and world class sport.

This is an incredible day for African sport. Eritrea's name has been thundering very positively throughout the news sporting channels.
One man alone - Biniam Girmay - gave the suffering and embattled Eritrea a very positive name that millions of dollars paid lobbies and hundreds of diplomats has so far failed.

Thanks to Korchach for a very uplifting song that needs to add few lyrics into to include Eritrea's cycling greats who laid a solid foundation for Eritrea, Ethiopia and Africa. On Sunday too, Natu Tesfazion could have easily won the day, had he not skidded out of the road. Merhawi Kidus is doing fine too.
This is the highest ceiling Eritrean sport and African cycling has hit in world stage beating many more powerful and far richer nations.
