She's talking bullshit. There's no such thing as African ethnic, or ethnicity.
We look like East-Africans.
But East-Africans don't look like one another.
What she also fails to say is that there are Sudanese that are ethnically Arab. The only country in Africa, and possibly in the world, where people are [deleted] is Somalia.
There are people who are not ethnically Arab but mentally Arab, just like you - TesfaNews and crap.
