The new policy initiation to replace the old police across Tigray by a new TDF police is very admirable and the first step to the real free and democratic under the constitution of Tigray our people to live in peace without any corruption the cancer of economic development for any country. The new policy to be fruitful as intended, the new TDF youth police of Tigray must be assigned TDF born in the area not mingle them from all over Tigray, because if you mingle them then the old problem will be persisted and there will not be any change you want to see. But if you assign TDF from the areas born from the neighborhood know each other then the corruption and other mismanagement will be monitor by the neighborhood and the residents will tell them any wrong they do without any fear because they know each other. The other advantage is the new police will behave according the residents’ value and desires than their own.

In the US, over 300M people live but the security, safety and corruption are none existence and everything is govern by the residents of the area and police and other administrators are from the area they know each other, no strangers come from any other county late alone from another state to have any kind of power or say, everyone choose their leaders who they know and familiar with them from the past. Neighborhood watch is the most powerful and very effective way of leading a society within county and is being practiced all over the world.

If Tigray top leadership wants not to be blamed by Tigrayans in every woreda and city then do as I outlined in the above post to assign TDF new polices to every spot to replace the old corrupt cancer of Tigray developments. Any corruption or other wrong doing blame goes directly to the people of the area where blames occurred not president of Tigray. Locals must watch their surroundings and solve their problems by themselves not the president of Tigray. President of Tigray or authority of Tigray must draft a new constitution to include police commissioner has to be elected by the residents of any region and the region residents have the power to remove and replace a new one by ballet box not by party assignments. That is how in America has been done for centuries and it is free of corruption and everything is very efficient and the power is in the hands of the people not in the hand of president of America.
