What is Tarik's agenda? Why does he ho back and forth supporting Tplf?

On one hand he has been opposing Tplf only because of revenge what Tplf did to Shabia. But everytime he hears rumors the strength of Ethiopia, he quickly switch sides wanting to support Tplf against Ethiopia. At this point he is also opposing Isayas and was thinking why? Because Tarik agenda just like Abyssinia lady is the control of Eritrea by Arab. In other words, Tarik wants to Islam control of Eritrea. He also did not like the influence of Russia in Eritrea and is very at discomfort. Watch, soon he will go back to support West.
