look like he get it right with little adjustment... u see cement factory have two problem one they use coal (የድንጋይ ከስል) coal is dirty .. the smoke can destroy fresh air, and drinking water etc. then the second part is the coal have residue called Ash. this Ash is also very poisons.... so the solution is to use electric furnace... i dont know why this is hard to do... i think ዳንጎቴ use this technology... regardless of how much expensive to buy this technology the running cost will be zero because we r using water to produce power...

second Dr. Abiy said we will mine coal.. that is also no no ... if we export all off it one thing but we dont need coal to power our industry we have enough water power called electric we must use all electric powered car , bus , tractor everything if we want development
