I raised Tigray with Sec. Blinken. The government of Ethiopia and Eritrea are starving people. He promised to make public a determination regarding genocide of Tigrayan people.

While Sec. Blinken said atrocities have been committed by all sides in Ethiopia, only Eritreans/Ethiopians are starving millions of innocent people.
