I cannot tell you exactly where it is. Let me put it this way. Addis Abeba is in Shewa. You could say everybody lives there, Amharas have no sole claim of the city. Fair point. Debrebrehan is Amhara. It is in Shewa. When you go north from there , you find Shewa Robit, if your Amharic is as bad as your English do not go there. They don’t like you. Well, on the other side when you want to leave Addis to Gojam, you find other Amharas, the Merhabetes. Well, don’t try to mess with them. They are brutal.
The Amharas are everywhere, Halafi. If you go to Wello , they are there too.
