A unitary democratic state with Geez as working language is one option for Ethiopia!

Ethiopia needs to have central power. Ethnic federalism is not the solution as some of the ethnic groups are poorly organised and have been abused from foreign powers like Egypt and Sudan. Ethnic issues are not the main problem.
We need to create an organisation that leads all Ethiopians irrespective of their ethnic and religious background. Equality of all should be the foundation of this organisation.
Ethiopia Prosperity Party (EPP) is infiltrated by anti-Ethiopia Eritrean spies to make sure Ethiopia is not united and has the agenda of building a strong and united Ethiopia which EPP was planning. Eritrea or it's supporters UAE, Saudi Arabia, Sudan planned to genocide and destroy Tigray. But Tigray has successfully foiled such plot albeit with some loss as EPP used hunger as a weapon of war and all services were blocked and Tigray is still under siege.
Ethiopia would need a new country wide organisation. To weaken Amara domination of Ethiopia non-Amara elites should be involved in policy making. English shall remain the working language for trade with foreign countries. Adopting Geez as Ethiopia's national language might help fight Amara domination and bring back Ethiopia to it's ancient glory and fame.
All ethnic groups should form one country wide party and adopt a programme of the unitary democratic state, where the denomination of one ethnic group is sanctioned. They can also form non-ethnic based federalist state.
