Nothing new, drought has been around since the 1960s 1970s, Western climate change activists and the mainstream media need better climate change propaganda than this short term effects of drought.
Somalia is such a large country that it has a wide variety of landscapes and climates, All those people have to do is abandon pastoralism/nomadic lifestyle and move to the seaside, Fishing has the potential of making every Somali rich.
